We pride ourselves on complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase please use the returns slip in your parcel or contact us by email stating your order number and reason for return.  One of our customer service agents will respond back as quickly as possible.  We refund returns as soon as the product arrives back to us, so that you get your money back asap.  Please read the terms of return carefully below so you understand our policy.


We will accept any returns request within 14 working days of the dispatch date for UK Customers.

We will accept any returns request within 21 days for overseas customers

Customer must provide proof of postage (reminder that our orders are tracked & signed for so we would advise you to return in this way too).

Items must be returned in the condition that they arrived in order to warrant a refund.

  • Items must be in original condition and returned with packaging in place.
  • Cosmetic and pierced jewellery products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Rings and necklaces are returnable providing they are unworn and in perfect condition. 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item which is damaged please take photographic evidence and inform us immediately. We will ask for the evidence but are more than happy to refund or replace damaged items.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund items which have been damaged after delivery outside of the returns period.
